I’ve lived in Portland since 1992 and have been a Realtor here since 2007. I have seen a LOT of changes in Portland, and real estate, during that time – a few bad, some good, mostly great. Yeah, even Portland has had some growing pains, and a few outright missteps, but overall our wonderful city is headed in the right direction. For me, at least. I know I’m not leaving anytime soon! Where would I go and get all of the amazing food and beer and coffee and culture and outdoor activities that Portland and the Pacific NW have to offer?
